The Great British Tennis Weekend and Club Open Day, Saturday 13th May 2017
The club ran an open day on Saturday 13th May 2017, to coincide with the Great British Tennis Weekend which is run nationally by all Lawn Tennis Association affiliated tennis clubs. This provided an opportunity for people to come along and try tennis free of charge. At the same time we ran a Tennis-A-Thon to raise money for our nominated charities, the Walton Lea Partnership and Headway (see our next newsletter for details of this).

Culcheth Tennis Club
Culcheth Tennis Club is a part of the larger Culcheth Sports Club (The Daten) which has one of the biggest facilities of its type in the North West of England. The club offers a wide range of sports and leisure opportunities together with a large bar and catering facilities (see Culcheth Sports Club)
The club is located near the centre of Culcheth on the north side of Warrington in Cheshire. Where we are.
The club has an appointed club coach. The coach provides coaching for current members and looks to attract new junior talent at all levels from Mini red upwards. Go to our Coaching page.
The club installed floodlights to its four synthetic grass courts in March 2012, following a generous grant from Sport England. These are especially important as they enable the coach to work with juniors all the year round as well as lengthening our season so our members get better value from their membership. Go to our Facilities page.
If you would like to play tennis in a friendly and supportive environment, then Culcheth Tennis Club is the place for you.
